If you hired Rain Garcia as your Realtor, then most of your selling/buying part has been taken care of - that too within your timelines. Rain helped us both Buy and Sell our previous house. Both the times we had tight timelines, and Rain met the timelines both the times. She has put in lot of time, interest and efforts to help us find the right house the first time, and to find the right buyers the next time. As a first-time buyer purchasing a home can be complicated and at times overwhelming. Rain was there every step of the way providing guidance and coordinating the process, resulting in the best possible deal for my needs and budget. I would highly recommend working with Rain.

Realtor Rain Garcia was truly a blessing when she knocked on the door of my previous house, asking if I wanted to sell it. Talk about being in the right place at the right time! I needed to sell my house rather quickly, and she and her husband helped me get it ready to put on the market. Rain along with other personnel from Keller-Williams hosted several open houses and soon I had an acceptable offer. Rain arranged a closing with the buyer's realtor and took care of everything. She patiently answered all my questions along the way. Next Rain helped me find my new home where I live in now. Rain attended a viewing of the home with me, and attended this closing as well (the seller's realtor didn't even show up to the closing). I highly recommend Rain whether you a buying or selling; her hard work, dedication to her profession and her integrity along with many other positive traits make her a truly outstanding realtor.
